Super athletes in many sports are really fractions of a second apart in ability. What distinguishes one athlete from another is:
- Their individual training
- Their nutrition
- Their MIND GAME
Many professional athletes go through a process called "visualization" or mental rehearsal. This is effictive because of the fact that as you imagine an activity, the neurons in your brain fire in exactly the same patterns they would follow if you were actually performing the activity. It is believed that these movements, along with contractions in your muscles, are responsible for improved neuromuscular coordination.
Science has shown that actions learned by visualization are better retained than actions learned by actual performance.
- You will learn the mental and physical preparations that will make you a winner regardless of your sport.
- You will learn the mental and physical preparations that will improve your performance regardless of age, gender or present ability.
